Treat Hair Studio is now offering booth rentals. If you are an experienced stylist with existing clientele who is looking for an exciting yet professional work environment, look no further. We offer the following amenities to our booth rentals:

• Receptionist will book appointments, check clients in and out and handle transactions*
• Access to our exclusive color line from Davines**
• 20% sales commission
• Comfortable and exciting atmosphere where waiting clients can enjoy cold beverages and free WiFi
• Personal space including chair, cabinet and mirror. We also have a centralized vacuum for quick hair trimming disposal
• Break room with refrigerator and microwave
• Shampoo sinks (back bar products included)
• Smocks, capes and towels (laundry included)

Weekly booth rental rate: $200.

*As a renter, you create your own pricing and it’s up to you to keep your existing clientele updated. You will create your own tickets. We can handle your cash and check transactions. If you provide your own credit card terminal you may use our dedicated data/fax line and have the receptionist handle those transactions. Or you may setup an account through our payment solutions provider and we can handle your credit card transactions for you.

**You may use your own color line, however a color charge applies if using our product.

Terms and Conditions:
• Renter may set own hours but may only operate during normal salon business hours (Tues-Thurs: 10-7, Fri: 10-5, Sat. 10-3). No after hours appointments unless approved by owner/manager.
• Renter may not sell his or her own product line in direct competition with our product line.  However, renter may carry and use his or her own color line.
• Renter is responsible for the storage and safekeeping of all tools and materials required for hair services such as blow-dryer, shears, combs, brushes, clips, foils, rollers, etc.
• Booth rental is for stylists with existing clientele. The opportunity for new clientele is slim to none.
• Booth rental is for hair services only (including hair removal).  No nail, skin or massage services are permitted.
